I find walking helps me appreciate the world around me. Here are some of the “friends” I encounter during my meandering.

“Hey darlings!”

I have a new walking goal…

England just inaugurated the longest coastal footpath in the world! The continuous trails run 2,689 miles along the entire coast of the country.

Gollum, from JR Tolkien’s “Lord of the Rings”, certainly has a rare gait. Production is now underway for a new movie featuring the shady creature with the spider-like crawl.

“Words walk with us.”

Sandra Shaw

The state of a word existing in two or more minds at once actually verifies consciousness. But there’s more…The scriptures exclaim, “The Word was first, the Word present to God, God present to the Word. The Word was God, in readiness for God from day one.” (John 1:1/MSG)

The gospel goes on, “The Word became flesh and blood, and moved into the neighborhood.” (John 1:14/MSG)

The same living expression that walked with Adam and Eve in the garden, walked through dust, walked on water, and walked to Golgotha.

I’m convinced this isn’t simply a gait. Jesus is the gate. “I am the gate for the sheep." (John 10:7/MSG)

Walk on!
