I’m writing this on the holiday weekend, the unofficial start to summer…

“Are you polarized?”
I went running the other day and felt like pulling a hamster move after!

This tactic maximizes the amount of body the animals have in contact with a cool floor so they can avoid overheating.

Interestingly, millions in 8 states have been trying to warm up after temperatures 10-15 degrees below average over the weekend.
You can probably add the Chinese military to that lot. Troops have been building and training atop the frigid Tibetan Plateau near the Himalayas. China has constructed eight new airports and helipads via engineers using oxygen tanks and IV drips to endure the process.

It’s definitely giving a Viking vibe. By the way, if summer’s a time of exploration, a first grader has quite the head start. He just unearthed a VIKING SWORD!
Cue another niche reference. “Bloodaxe” will follow the quest of Viking Erik Bloodaxe and his wife Gunnhild in their battle for Norway’s throne.

Whether you’re trying to cool down or warm up, it’s the process, tapping into both, that helps you land. Case in point? SpaceX’s Starship, which just hit a soft plummet into the Indian Ocean.

STARSHIP ACTUALLY FIRES ITS ENGINE BACKWARDS TO SLOW ITSELF DOWN FOR LANDING.
“Thoughtful interlude rests into harmony.”
I’m not sure how your summer will shape up. Yet, just as differences in air pressure cause wind, the extremes in our lives allow flow. Hot or cold, it’s how we navigate with God that avoids the lukewarm. I’m convinced there’s never a “meh” with God. Internally, it’s always growth, it’s always process. It’s revelation in the journey.
In the scriptures David declares, “At the very moment I called out to you, you answered me! You strengthened me deep within my soul and breathed fresh courage into me.” (Psalms 138:3/TPT)
Have a wondrous week! 😄
