Happy Wednesday! Hope you’re not too high-strung, spring has sprung! 😉

“Miami Open”

String theory aside, the physics of the athleticism on the courts at the Miami Open have been on point! And though tennis balls are felt, not yarn, I keep thinking of a cat’s wild agility. It reminds me of how the elite players move. By the way, Japanese scientists just found cats do have a unique edge.

An inner perspective has led an independent gas station owner to connect better to the worlds of his customers.

If our universe is full of tiny, vibrating strings, the spaces they reach are paramount. Renowned Cellist Yo-Yo Ma recently spoke about this to the BBC.

“Next-Gen Strings”

Ma explained that to be a guest on a kid’s show, like he was on “Bluey”, presented quite the pathway. He talked about the privilege of entering their space. Ma elaborated that if children invite you in and accept you, it’s for keeps.

I like this. Is anything truly small if we’re all connected? It’s something I touched on with my animated children’s story. Watch “Crumby the Dragon.” 😃

“It’s the inner flames that fuel a great quest.”

Crumby the Dragon (by: Sandra Shaw)

Value lives, even in the crumbs. The differential? Faith and perspective. It’s right in the scriptures. In the book of Matthew, a woman is begging Jesus to heal her daughter. Jesus already had his hands full. He says: “It’s not right for a man to take bread from his children and throw it to dogs.”

“You’re right, Lord,”she replied. “But even puppies get to eat the crumbs that fall from the prince’s table.” (Matthew 15:26-27/TPT) Jesus then exclaims that the woman’s faith is strong and that what she desires will be done. At that moment her daughter gets healed.

Don’t underestimate your crumbs. I’m convinced that all the strings of our lives weave into an epic story of life and legacy. Have an awesome week! 😀
