“Cutesy and Demure”
That’s how I felt after the whole running into the concrete pillar incident. BUT, I’m feeling much better this week. I’m cognizant for the “Cognizant Classic” (a PGA tour golf tournament here in Palm Beach Gardens).

Full disclosure, you may want to wear a football helmet if you go golfing with me. However, I did get some awesome lessons from a pro a few years back. What stuck with me? Tick Tock (not the app)…the cadence. When you putt…straight arm, like a pendulum, half-way back…and tick, tock. Then you’ll be celebrating like Happy Gilmore!
“Happy Gilmore 2” hits the movies this July!
I’m not sure what the plot sequel will involve. Animals perhaps?

If you go to the North Palm Beach Country Club course you’ll be warned to watch out for “Crikey”, the 8 foot American Crocodile who makes it home. It turns out that everything from kangaroos to capybaras, black bears to lions, even zebras to giraffe integrate in different golf courses over the world!
Talk about obstacles! That’s the thing about golf. You’ve gotta conquer the challenges!

Of course this is easier with somebody by your side. A coach, a friend, a fan, somebody who’s got your back. It’s Biblical. I see the ancient armor bearers as elevated caddies. They’re carrying the weapons. The caddies are carrying the clubs.
I love the encouragement of Jonathan’s “caddy”. The warrior wanted to sneak into the Philistine outpost, scaling two treacherous cliffs. He proposed the risky venture to his armor bearer. The response? “Go ahead; I am with you heart and soul.” The two took on the enemies, fighting back to back and winning, despite ridiculous odds. There’s favor in faith! Let’s tackle any obstacles this week with the same vibe! 🤩
