Dancing, Bulldogs, & Magnetism
It’s buzzer beater time. Hello March Madness 2025 😅 I wonder how many games will be decided on a last second shot this year? I love basketball for this very reason!

“I played in 5th grade 🤣 “
The betting pools are primed. The sharks are swimming!
“This is in the Intracoastal!”
But you might want to shift your mind from the favorites. The Cinderellas are out there too! My pick? The Bryant Bulldogs!

“Let’s Go!” (Bryant is in Rhode Island)
I relate to underdogs. Baby sea turtles obviously aren’t canines, but they have the same kinda fight. That first trudge from unforgiving soft sand to sea is a battle!
Maybe that’s why the hatchlings celebrate every time they find food. Scientists recently discovered baby loggerheads do a “happy dance” when they sense food. This helps them mark the magnetic signature of the food’s location. It’s like a mental map!
Perhaps there’s something about the mental proximity to belief that activates when the odds are rough…
“Knowing the way magnetizes momentum.”
I see this in the Bible with the disciples Peter and John. After the two healed a sick man, the religious elite jailed them. The next day at trial, Peter and John unleashed with joy, declaring the good news of Jesus to the accusers. Acts 4:13 reads, “When they saw the courage of Peter and John and realized they were unschooled, ordinary men, they were astonished and they took note that these men had been with Jesus.”
I’m convinced Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. He is always accessible to hearts willing to believe. Ever feel like an underdog? Remember the Way. Here’s to navigating the week with hope!
