Points, Plans, & Presence
I love the paradox of yoga. Less force opens more space.

“Core Work”
There’s both strengthening and lengthening through breath and release. Practicing proper position is essential. The more precise the pose, the longer you can sustain it.
Arizona high school basketball guard Adrian Stubbs sure had no problem with time and positioning the other night! 100 points! Crushed it!
On the other hand, my brother’s young girls’ team may be a bit more like herding cats. 🤣

There may be hope yet. Rick (bro) played for the “Rockets” in the day and averaged 30 a game. Not a hundred, but hey, it’s the 100th anniversary of the first ever rocket launch is this year!
Robert Goddard’s rocket went airborne over a snowy field, 41 feet high, for 2.5 seconds before landing in a cabbage patch. This “time and positioning” opened the door to modern space exploration!
Jordan and I went to witness the planned Artemis 1 launch. It failed twice, but we still had fun! Engineers say they’ve learned for Artemis 2, which may make it to the moon sometime this February.

Precise time and positioning carries gravitas. Our entire GPS system is based on it. I just read an incredibly intriguing thriller by David Ignatius called “Phantom Orbit”. It’s deals with space warfare, the vulnerability of satellites, and global intrigue.

“Spirit centers the soul’s gyroscope.”
Satellites use gyroscopes. Despite the external spinning, there’s a stable core with a steady orientation. How many times in life does chaos spin us out of control? How’s our core? What spirit is directing us?
The scriptures describe gyroscopic wheels in Ezekiel’s vision. “All four wheels looked entirely alike, glittering like sparkling jewels. Each appeared to have another wheel inside it. And the wheels were able to go in any direction the living creatures faced without turning to change direction.” (Ezekiel 1:16-17/TPT)

“And the spirit in the living creatures was also in the wheels…”
I’m convinced that God gives us His Holy Spirit as promise when we believe in His Living Expression, Jesus. Love resides within our core. No matter the detours of life, Love forever lives beyond time and space.

Have an amazing week! 😄
