💥 IRON MAN! I recently had to answer an email with my favorite super hero (just to make sure I read it!) How obsessed am I? All during Formula 1 in Miami last May I kept expecting Tony Stark’s nemesis “Whiplash” (Mickey Rourke) to emerge on the track (like in Iron Man 2). What is it about that scene? The darkness is real. BUT the light of friends help pull Iron Man back to his fighting self.

Downey Jr. was drug addicted by age 8. His talent got him to Hollywood, but the drugs took over. In 1999, he was inmate number P50522. The problems persisted even after he was released. To use some very “Oppenheimer” concepts, what you fuse to has a great potential to ignite positive change. In nuclear fusion, more energy is gained when two atomic nuclei join together to form a single heavier one. This produces more energy than it consumes. In nuclear fission, atoms are split. This is the energy used in an atomic bomb. So what sort of physics are churning in your internal universe? Are you infusing faith, hope, and love? Or is there isolating fission going on in your soul? Both produce energy and can be positive or negative. I’m just convinced that connection to the positive is stronger than trying to eliminate the negative, separated and alone.

I’m so excited about this Friday. I’m joining 2000 women in a “Sisterhood of Strength” in Miami Beach! It’s called “Vous Girl One Day” and is put on by Pastor Dawn Chere Wilkerson and Vous Church. It’s taking place at the legendary Fillmore Theater. Tickets are still available. I’ll be there on Welcome Team making sure you don’t feel overwhelmed 😊
“Filling with More Joy!”
I’m celebrating you today! Life words color possibility! We’re all going to get whipped around on this planet. Yet God’s implanted a rope of resilience in all of us. Sometimes it just takes others to start pulling on it. I was at the beach with my daughter the other day, boogie board wrapped on my wrist. The winds had plans! That thing kept dancing around, side to side, in the air, up and down, diagonal—all unpredictable. Crazy! But it stayed connected to my arm. That’s a metaphor for life and hope. It’s gonna get wild, but hang on! I’m for you! Have an awesome week!
